Are you passionate about driving financial excellence and digital transformation? We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Business Performance Controller to join our team and help shape the future of finance across the Nordics and Baltics.

Role to be based within Nordics & Baltics (NRB). This role reports to Head of Business Performance Controlling, Zone Nordics & Baltics.

Your role:

  • Support the transition to a digital finance environment, fostering knowledge sharing across countries and ensuring a Zone approach.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth financial planning processes, including forecasting and budgeting with clear timelines.
  • Ensure transparency of financial data and continuously improve reporting and controlling processes for high-quality, efficient outcomes.
  • Apply relevant controlling instruments to identify early signs of improvement opportunities or concerns.
  • Prepare regular management reports and create insightful presentations for internal stakeholders (e.g., Management, Business Areas).
  • Develop and implement innovative business controlling methods that support the NRB Zone’s economic goals.

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Many years of professional experience in finance with focus on data analytics, ideally within a matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of financial value flows, rules, and regulations.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken essential.
