JavaScript Software Architect

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Is passionate about software development and has solid experience in architecture and programming best practices;
• Has high technical maturity, with a focus on JavaScript, and is capable of diving quickly into the project;
• Is proactive, autonomous, and takes responsibility with engagement and commitment;
• Enjoys working in a team, collaborating with different roles such as Product Owner (PO) and other developers;
• Is flexible and adaptable, ready to tackle challenges in an initially less structured environment but with great potential for improvement;
• Has a strong desire for continuous growth and contributing to the success of the team and the product;
• Values delivering quality solutions by applying solid standards and development best practices;
• Communicates effectively and is willing to collaborate with other software architects and team members to align expectations and objectives.
  
  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Develop two tools from scratch, based on an existing product;
• Participate in defining the architecture, contributing to creating a solid and scalable foundation;
• Implement the tools from the ground up, using best practices and standards that can serve as a reference for future projects;
• Take on a technical leadership role in development, prioritizing efficient and high-quality delivery;
• Collaborate with the PO to align priorities and ensure deliveries meet business expectations;
• Apply development best practices and help improve the structure and quality of the code;
• Contribute to the team's growth, acting as a responsible and engaged partner aligned with the project's goals.
  
  

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Be a technical reference in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with advanced expertise in these technologies;
• Have advanced architectural skills, being able to design scalable and well-structured solutions;
• Enjoy "getting your hands dirty." While the focus is on architecture, it is essential to be willing to actively participate in development and lead teams in execution;
• Have good teaching skills to share knowledge, act as a technical mentor for the team, and promote best practices;
• Demonstrate practical experience in developing frontend and backend applications using the mentioned technologies;
• Advanced or fluent English.
