You As a UX Desinger Will

• Design and refine user interfaces that balance business needs, user goals, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver polished design assets.
• Apply user research and usability insights to inform and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate your ideas.
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system and UX standards.
• Work with emerging technologies (including AI where relevant) and think critically about how they impact the user journey.
• Ensure designs are inclusive, accessible, and scalable.
• Monitor/drive the product from creation of design concepts to the final prototype
• Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and executives for review and feedback
• Think strategically and explore different design concepts around the implementation of features
• Provide expert-level UI design and functional prototypes that are optimized for a wide range of screen sizes
  
  

Is this the right role for you?

• 3-5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
• Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, and design thinking.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.
• Comfortable working across the product lifecycle—from discovery to handoff.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate design rationale clearly.
• Familiarity with how AI can influence user experience (e.g., personalization, recommendations, predictive UI), and interest in designing responsibly for those systems.
• Background and education in any design related field, such as: User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Product Design etc.
