Job Title: Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable Python-based backend applications
• Build APIs, data pipelines, and automation scripts that support mission-critical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, DevOps, and QA
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system availability
• Contribute to architectural decisions and tech stack improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software development using Python
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Location: VA or TX or IL or PA or NY

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000 - $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
