We invite a Middle Marketing Web Designer to join our team!

In this role, you will:

Design and develop corporate websites and high-converting landing pages
Collaborate with marketing teams to create visual concepts and layouts that support campaigns
Design banners, social media assets, and other digital advertising materials
Create engaging and visually consistent presentations (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint)
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
Work with developers to hand off and support the implementation of designs
Optimise graphics and layouts for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
Collaborate on rebranding initiatives and visual updates
Translate marketing goals into visual storytelling through web and digital design
Receive and apply constructive feedback from team members to refine and enhance designs

Skills and experience you will need:

Proven experience as a web designer, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web standards
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and others
Familiarity with HTML/CSS (not required to code, but helpful)
Strong portfolio showcasing websites, landing pages, and marketing materials
Attention to detail, creative thinking, and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively articulate ideas

Would be a plus:

Motion graphics / basic animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
Experience with A/B testing tools and conversion optimisation
Knowledge of SEO best practices for design
Experience with designing for WordPress
Experience with AI-driven creation tools
