The role

As a Senior Product Manager for our Virtual Data Room (VDR), you’ll take ownership of a key part of the product focused on reporting and insights. Your main goal will be to help our users - investment professionals, lawyers, and executives - make better decisions by giving them smart, clear, and useful data. You’ll lead the full product process, from idea to launch, and create solutions that are easy to use, AI-enhanced, and deliver real business value.

You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, QAs, content specialists, and teams across Sales, Support, and Customer Success to make sure everything we build supports both our users and Ideals’ overall strategy.

What You Will Do

• Define and execute product vision and strategy for reporting and insights inside the VDR in alignment with overall product strategy and company vision
• Research user behavior, industry trends, and market needs to identify new opportunities
• Validate ideas through structured discovery: user interviews, data analysis, experiments, and stakeholder input
• Define and communicate product requirements through PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams in delivering quality solutions
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts within cross-functional product teams to co-create and deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to GTM strategy and work with the content team to develop launch plans, positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption and market success
• Measure success post-launch and iterate based on data and feedback
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes
• Proven experience across the full product lifecycle – from discovery to post-release iteration
• Skilled in using both customer insights and data to inform product decisions
• Ability to turn industry and market trends into clear product strategies
• Passion for delivering intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful experiences
• Familiarity with Scrum or other agile-based frameworks
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and English proficiency (C1 level)

• Experience owning analytics, dashboards, or BI tools in B2B workflows, especially in compliance-heavy or data-sensitive domains
• Understanding of M&A, fundraising, or other financial operations
