What project we have for you
Related projects develop a scalable cloud-based platform for managing electric vehicle charging networks. The system supports thousands of charge points, enabling smart routing, dynamic pricing, billing, and advanced smart charging algorithms. It integrates with OCPP-compliant hardware, payment providers, and energy systems, ensuring high uptime, security, and interoperability.
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to work with large volumes of structured and semi-structured data from charging networks, generate actionable insights for business and product teams, design and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models, and collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders on data-driven features and initiatives.
What you will do
— Analyse roaming session data (OCPI, CDRs, SIM connectivity) to detect trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
— Build and maintain dashboards to track partner performance, uptime, ticket trends, and SLA adherence.
— Collaborate with Roaming Support, Integrations, and Tech teams to identify root causes of systemic issues.
— Proactively alert stakeholders about recurring issues or partner-specific problems.
— Support operational reporting for Business Updates and invoicing/settlement processes.
— Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.
— Create ad-hoc reports for decision-making, regulatory needs, and management.
What you need for this
As a Data Analyst in Roaming Operations, you will be responsible for transforming complex roaming data into actionable insights. You’ll monitor and analyse OCPI connectivity, session data quality, partner SLAs, and internal KPIs, and provide critical input that drives operational decisions and service improvement.
Requirements
— Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
— 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in a SaaS, EV, or telecommunications setting.
— Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
— Experience with Python or R is a plus.
— Understanding of roaming protocols (e.g., OCPI) is advantageous.
— High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
