Mobile Application Developer

Mobile Developer (.NET MAUI / Xamarin) | up to £35,000 | Hybrid – UK

Pearson Carter are working with a growing software company looking to expand their mobile development team. They’re seeking a developer with commercial experience in Xamarin Forms and/or .NET MAUI to maintain and enhance their cross-platform mobile apps.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile apps using .NET MAUI
• Investigate and resolve issues across mobile and backend code
• Work both independently and within a team to meet deadlines
• Stay up to date with relevant tools and technologies

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Xamarin Forms or .NET MAUI (MVVM)
• UI development using XAML
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working across .NET codebases

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of native iOS/Android code in Xamarin/MAUI
• Experience with .NET Core MVC or WebForms
• Creating binding libraries for unsupported native SDKs

Salary

They offer a base salary of £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience and a 500 pound bonus.

Location

Hybrid role – the first month is onsite in the North east of England
