What role will you play?
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate machine learning solutions into production systems. You will conduct thorough data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for model training and evaluation, while optimising and fine-tuning models to maximise performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Staying current with the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related technologies will be key to driving innovation.. Additionally, you will mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Effective communication of findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential, as will active participation in code reviews, design discussions, and the continuous improvement of engineering practices within the team.

What You Offer
- 2+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields, and overall IT industry experience of 10 + years
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R
- Experience with Large Language Model (LLM), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision
- In-depth experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc
- Excellent understanding of statistical methods, data structures, and algorithms
- Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark and/or Kafka, as well as familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment is valuable.
