Are you a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer passionate about production-grade AI solutions?

We’re partnering with a leading financial institution in Brussels looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI & Analytics team.

You’ll play a key role in developing, deploying, and monitoring ML services, bridging the gap between Data Science and IT production teams.

Skill & Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of relevant ML engineering experience
• Design ML pipelines with production-readiness in mind
• Automate model deployment using CI/CD (GitLab-CI)
• Ensure end-to-end ML lifecycle: data ingestion, monitoring, and retraining
• Collaborate with Data Scientists & IT teams to scale models in real environments
• Tech Stack: Spark, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, GitLab-CI
• AI/ML platforms, model & code versioning, package management
• Bonus: Spark, ETL tools, data visualisation, model compression
