A prestigious global consultancy located in Brussels seeking a DevOps Consultant for a long contract engagement.

Job Description:

• Design and implement CI/CD pipeline templates for multiple teams using GitLab
• Support the secure deployment of applications to Azure environments via containers
• Provide expert DevSecOps guidance and enforce security standards across pipelines
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and best practices
• Collaborate with teams using JIRA and Confluence
• Coach development teams on pipeline usage, CI/CD tooling, and DevOps standards
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to the deployment lifecycle
• Create reusable CI/CD pipeline templates for standardized deployment processes
• Deliver coaching sessions and on-demand support for developers
• Contribute to secure, compliant, and scalable deployment processes

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years proven experience as a DevOps Consultant
• Hands-on experience with: GitLab, Containerisation using Kubernetes and Azure Container Apps, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with: Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible,
• Good understanding of DevSecOps principles
• Familiarity with SOAP & REST APIs and Azure SQL databases
• Experience coaching teams and embedding DevOps culture
