Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in leading infrastructure or development projects, particularly within IT operations and digital environments. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and familiar with managing multiple small-to-mid-sized technical projects simultaneously. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of ICT-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on several operational ICT infrastructure projects (e.g. digital telephony, documentation, inventory).
• Coordinate and track project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Lead initiatives derived from regulatory frameworks (e.g. NIS2), particularly those with a network or infrastructure impact.
• Ensure clear documentation and reporting of project progress and results.
• Collaborate with technical leads and operational teams for project planning and execution.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and ensure project alignment with organizational needs.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in ICT infrastructure or development projects.
• Proficient in project management techniques and tools, including risk and issue management.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Solid knowledge and experience with ITIL frameworks.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and terminology (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK), ideally supported by certification.
• Excellent command of Dutch (CEFR level C2).
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
