About This Opportunity

Ericsson Supply Tallinn & Baltics IT team is looking for an IT Support Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for providing 1st level onsite and remote technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.

What You Will Do

  • Solving IT issues at Tallinn Supply site
  • Peripherals maintenance and configuration
  • Servers and applications monitoring and control
  • Access rights management
  • Network administration and cable management
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure readiness
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Following electrical safety standards are met (proper ways of cabling, hardware checks)
  • Repairing or replacing damaged hardware
  • Upgrading the system to enable compatible software on all computers
  • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error and issue reporting
  • Educate clients on procedures for resolving or preventing recurrence of a technical problem
  • Working at height using ladder and scissor lift

The Skills You Bring

BcS degree in computer science, information systems or related technology field

Minimum 2 Years Of Experience

Domain experience:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
  • Experience with networking (LAN, WLAN and WAN) concepts and technologies
  • Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android devices.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, TEAMS, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in additional OS such as MacOS is a plus
  • Experience working with ticketing systems is a plus

Additional Requirements:

  • Good spoken and written Russian, English and Estonian
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated, initiative, flexible, reliable attitude, problem-solving mindset

Please note, this role is based in Tallinn and only local candidates based in Estonia will be considered for the role!
