We’re Hiring: Project Manager (Hybrid in Lisbon or Remote with Ukrainian Language Skills)

We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to take ownership of delivery across product releases and drive cross-functional alignment within our fast-paced SaaS environment.  You’ll play a critical role in managing the execution of product and engineering initiatives, ensuring high-quality releases go out on time—without compromising agility or innovation.

This role requires an individual who thrives in high-growth, startup environments, can manage uncertainty with confidence, and acts as a stabilizing force across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·   Release Management & Delivery Oversight - Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of product release cycles. Ensure alignment across engineering, design, product, and QA for smooth delivery.

·   Project Lifecycle Ownership - Drive projects from concept to launch, maintaining visibility across milestones, timelines, blockers, and dependencies.

·   Team & Stakeholder Coordination - Facilitate collaboration between product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.  Communicate progress clearly and adjust timelines or scopes where needed.

·   Process Agility - Introduce lightweight but effective processes to keep up with a rapidly evolving roadmap.  Balance structure with flexibility, avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy.

·   Risk Management - Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.  Stay ahead of potential delays and ensure recovery plans are in place when needed.

Required Qualifications:

·   5+ years of project management experience and at least 3 years in a SaaS or technology startup

·   Demonstrated success in shipping product releases on aggressive timelines

·   Fluent in English; Ukrainian proficiency required if remote

·   Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience implementing them at scale

·   Track record of operating in high-growth, fast-moving teams

·   Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

·     Experience working with remote-first or hybrid engineering teams

·     Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, and Slack

·     Technical background or strong understanding of software development processes
