Senior Backend Engineer (Golang)

About The Role

We're looking for experienced Senior Golang Engineers to join our growing backend team. You’ll be working on scalable, high-impact systems that support millions of users across some of the world’s most innovative brands. This is a full-time position with a remote-first team that values excellence, ownership, and continuous growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain robust backend services in Golang
• Design scalable solutions with MongoDB for data storage and querying
• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications using AWS
• Use Kubernetes for container orchestration and system scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship impactful features
• Participate in code reviews and uphold high engineering standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience developing backend systems in Golang
• Solid knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL data modeling
• Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability for at least 6 hours of overlap with US West Coast (PST)
