Define and lead the fibre optic product vision

As Product Owner – Fibre Optics, you will be the driving force behind the vision, strategy, and development of our fibre optic product portfolio. You will ensure that our systems are scalable, high-quality, and aligned with future market demands. This role blends strategic planning with project execution, giving you the opportunity to shape both the roadmap and the results.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Define and manage the fibre optic product portfolio and roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Lead product backlog prioritization and participate in R&D activities
• Ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with customer needs
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor patents to stay ahead
  
  

You will be part of a collaborative team based in Karlskrona or Malmö, Sweden, with a hybrid work model and occasional travel.

Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation

You are a visionary and structured individual who thrives in an innovative environment. You bring a strategic mindset, a skilled sense of ownership, and a focus on aligning product development with business goals. You are motivated by continuous improvement and value collaboration, communication, and data-driven decision-making.

You also have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Ability to assess business value of features and functions
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Preferred: Experience with Windchill
