ERP Lead - Functional & Technical (MCS) | Dubai | AED 300K-360K + Benefits

A leading organisation in Dubai is seeking an experienced ERP Lead - Functional & Technical (MCS) to provide strategic direction and leadership across enterprise systems. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping and governing the enterprise architecture with a focus on data, business intelligence, system integration, and analytics within ERP environments.

You will play a critical role in driving digital transformation, legacy modernisation, and cloud adoption while ensuring high standards of data governance and system performance. Success in this role requires deep knowledge of ERP platforms, particularly MCS or similar systems, and the ability to architect complex enterprise solutions across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and technical leadership across enterprise systems, particularly ERP and BI platforms.
• Lead enterprise-wide architecture planning, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated systems.
• Oversee system integration initiatives across ERP, CRM, and bespoke applications.
• Drive digital transformation, including legacy system modernisation and cloud migration strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, IT, etc.) to convert business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Design and manage enterprise data platforms including data warehouses, data lakes, and semantic models to enable high-quality analytics.
• Implement observability and monitoring solutions across key data flows and system integrations.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams, data engineers, and IT staff on architecture, technologies, and best practices.
  
  

Experience & Skills Required:

• 10+ years of ERP experience in both functional and technical roles.
• Hands-on expertise with MCS, or similar ERP platforms such as Movex, Infor M3 (experience with other ERP systems also considered).
• Business Intelligence & Analytics:
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, semantic modelling (DAX), financial reporting systems, and advanced analytics.
• API & Integration:
  • Proven experience with REST API integrations using Node.js and/or Python.
• Database Technologies:
  • Proficient with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Software Development Lifecycle:
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments.
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and programming (e.g., .NET, Node.js) for automation and solution development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
