As UX/UI Designer you will play a key role in building and managing Avea's visual appearance on our key selling tool - our website. You will work with our Product Manager and Head of Product to design and evolve a website that transmits our brand's message and is optimised for conversion.

What will you do

  • Create digital assets for web, landing pages and email newsletters
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
  • Create HTML5 assets for email, display banner and website
  • Responsive image adaptations for the website and digital products
  • Translate user research and insights, and translate findings into actionable design solutions
  • Partner closely with Marketing (Brand and Creative) to ensure designs are on-brand and are in alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Develop responsive web designs that are visually appealing and optimised for conversion
  • Work with the Growth team to come up with new design variations, AB test them and implement learnings
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies

What we are looking for

  • 1+ years of proven work experience designing UX and UI and visual design for ecommerce brands
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design or related field preferred
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual assets for premium brands
  • Proficiency in Figma. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva a plus
  • Experience with Shopify a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of website design principles and best practices, up-to-date with the latest web design trends
  • Willingness to think beyond esthetics and cooperatively working on solutions that drive actual conversions
  • A keen interest in wellness, health, supplements and longevity and/or the willingness to learn more about the industry
