Role: Junior Designer

This is a maternity cover position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

We are looking for a creative and innovative Junior Designer to support our multimedia graphic design and product team. You will help shape our design language across educational materials and brand presentations, ensuring a vibrant, engaging, and visually stunning learning experience for our students and their families.


Key Responsibilities

  • Translate educational materials into visually appealing content to enhance engagement and learning outcomes
  • Work closely with educators and the content team to ensure alignment with standards, incorporate feedback, and make content accessible and adaptable across different learning environments
  • Assist with graphic design and illustration for educational content
  • Maintain efficient file and folder management for design assets
  • Contribute to new generations of design for visual learning and brand enhancement
  • Stay up to date on innovations in AI, EdTech, and gaming to integrate into our design strategy


Skills & Qualifications

  • BA in Graphic Design or related field (preferred, but not required if you have an impressive portfolio)
  • 1+ years of design experience (freelance or in-house)
  • Proficiency in Adobe programs, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with web-based presentation tools like Genially is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI design tools like MidJourney
  • Experience or interest in gaming is an added bonus
  • Strong organizational skills for managing high volumes of design assets
  • Adaptability and collaboration in a fast-growing international startup environment
