HR Junior Specialist

The Opportunity

To extend capability of Swedish team, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Specialist.

You will support hiring process, response to employee queries and gain experience in administration task for other HR area.

This is a great opportunity to start your career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience across the employee life cycle.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Ensure execution and delivery of assigned HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
• Assist with HR-related documentation and data entry.
• Help answer employee and manager questions about HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support payroll and benefits administration tasks.
• Help prepare reports and documents for internal use or external authorities.
  
  

Your Background

• Interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel.
• A proactive and service-minded attitude.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
