Your Mission

As a Management Consultant, you will:

• Lead from the front: Take charge of workstreams from day one, delivering insights and recommendations directly to client leadership.

What Will You Do

• Own critical workstreams from day one: You will work directly with client executives, tackling their most pressing business challenges and delivering data-driven, actionable insights — quickly and effectively.
• Lead agile, sprint-based projects: You will help design and execute our Sprint-as-a-Service engagements, managing lean, fast-moving teams that combine experienced consultants and carefully selected MBA students.
• Build and scale SprintlyWorks itself: You won’t just deliver for clients — you will actively shape our firm’s capabilities, culture, and ways of working. Every project is an opportunity to contribute to how SprintlyWorks operates, grows, and innovates.
• Drive business development: You will scout new opportunities, help us break into untapped markets and industries, and work side-by-side with our leadership team to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor and develop future leaders: You will guide and coach MBA students and early-career consultants, helping them develop their consulting skills and ensuring that every sprint team performs at the highest level.
• Be part of a dynamic network: SprintlyWorks is building a high-performance network of consultants and rising talent across Europe — you will actively help grow and strengthen this network with every engagement.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Skill Set:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Desirable Skills:
• Experience with advanced analytics tools such as Alteryx or KNIME.
• Exposure to strategic frameworks and a solid understanding of business metrics and industry data.
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience Level Required: Openings available from Senior Associate to Team Lead
