🔧 The tech stack:

• Frontend: Next.js / React
• Backend: Ruby on Rails
• Tools: GitHub, CI/CD, low-code tools, and AI-powered helpers
• Projects include: ad-tech platforms, ISO reporting with AI, investment dashboards, and internal startups like MyBeauty and Affilify

🎯 What you’ll do:

• Lead technical execution from A to Z ✅
• Mentor a team of 2 mid-level devs 👥
• Code, review, and build scalable solutions 🔥
• Drive best practices, speed, and innovation ⚙️
• Experiment with AI, automation, and smart workflows 🧠

• A true builder mindset with solid Rails + Next.js experience
• Strong leadership & communication skills

• Previous experience mentoring or leading dev teams
