Head of Corporate Compliance

We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional to lead and enhance our compliance framework across multiple domains, including KYC/KYS, AML, anti-corruption, data protection, and corporate governance. This is a highly challenging role offering broad responsibilities and impact, with the opportunity to shape policies, strengthen internal processes, and ensure compliance with regulations and best governance practices. We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

• Implementing and developing the Onboarding and Due Diligence Procedure (KYC/KYS), perform initial and recurrent verification and risk assessment of the counterparties in accordance with the internal procedures.
• Familiarize current and new employees with the main goals and requirements of KYC/KYS procedures.
• Provide advice, training and support to the employees on KYC/KYS, AML regulations, processes and procedures.
• Developing and managing the Anti-Corruption, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Fraud Policies.
• Develop and monitor other corporate internal policies applicable within the company and affiliated companies.
• Coordinate corporate compliance reviews, monitor activities, and prepare audit reports.
• Perform the assigned duties of Data Protection Officer, ensure GDPR compliance and manage data protection policies.
• Provide basic legal support on corporate, contract, migration and labor law matters.
• Ensuring compliance with other national and international legal and regulatory requirements.
• Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.

We dream about a team member who:

• Has bachelor’s degree in law or comparable education with relevant experience
• Has more than one year of experience in management or supervisory positions
• Has more than two years of experience in in legal and/or corporate compliance areas
• Uses the English and Lithuanian language at an effectively operational and independent level
• Is able to work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership
• Is flexible with good time management skills
• Wants to learn every day and thinks aviation could be the love of one`s life

Salary: from 4298 € to 4959 € (gross)
