Front-End Developer (React.js)

Hello,

We are called People More because we treat our employees with respect, but also because the projects we work on are for people and should be easy and pleasant to use. We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Front-End Developer (React.js).

Your Duties Will Include

  • Develop and maintain scalable, reusable front-end components using React.js
  • Write clean, efficient code in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • Integrate UI components with RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Manage application state using Redux or Context API
  • Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
  • Use modern tools such as Webpack, Babel, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality user experiences
  • Apply best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and web standards

Requirements That Must Be Met

  • Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience with state management (Redux or Context API)
  • Familiarity with modern front-end tools (Webpack, Babel)
  • Understanding of RESTful API integration
  • Experience with Git and code platforms like GitHub or GitLab
  • Very good English and Polish

Nice To Have

  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Familiarity with Node.js or other React frameworks (e.g., Next.js)
  • Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS/SCSS
