Lead Flutter Developer

We are looking for a dedicated Lead Flutter Developer to join EPAM Systems in Poland, where you'll spearhead mobile app development, drive innovation, and lead a talented team in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities


  • Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery of projects
  • Take ownership of the existing app portfolio while spearheading transitions to modern architectures
  • Define and drive architectural decisions to align with both business and technical requirements
  • Facilitate team improvement through active participation in planning sessions, grooming tasks, and technical discussions
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, providing feedback and mentoring team members for skill growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with organizational objectives
  • Promote new ideas, best practices, and knowledge sharing throughout the development team


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android environments
  • 3+ years of professional experience working with Flutter and Dart, with a strong understanding of async programming, OOP, and SOLID principles
  • Background in working with REST APIs and sockets
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a development team, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong sense of ownership for project deliverables and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (minimum B2 level)


Nice to have


  • Familiarity with RxDart or other reactive programming libraries
  • Capability to work with advanced architectural patterns, such as BLoC or Redux
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
  • Showcase of previous projects or apps built and published using Flutter
  • Background in optimizing applications for performance and scalability
