We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong background in crafting seamless, user-centric digital experiences for B2B Enterprise SaaS platforms. With at least 3 years of professional experience, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual interface of our industry leading marketing analytics platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong background in crafting seamless, user-centric digital experiences for B2B Enterprise SaaS platforms. With at least 3 years of professional experience, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual interface of our industry leading marketing analytics platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the design process from user research and discovery through wire framing, prototyping, and final UI design.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Conduct and apply findings from user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Maintain design consistency across products by contributing to and evolving design systems and style guides.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices.
- Analyze and address feedback from stakeholders and users iteratively.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fast-paced or agile environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects, with clear examples of UI design, UX thinking, and problem-solving.
- Strong foundation in design frameworks including Material UI, Bootstrap etc.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Good grasp of basic front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React) to effectively collaborate with developers.
- Familiarity with animation/motion design (using tools like After Effects, Principle, or Figma Smart Animate).
- Experience with analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or user behavior analysis platforms.
- Background in B2B, SaaS, e-commerce, or mobile app design projects.
