About the Role

You’ll lead and mentor a team of developers and technical leads responsible for delivering scalable, secure fullstack platforms. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, allowing you to shape best practices and foster engineering excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design, engineering standards, and scalable solution development.
• Mentor squad leads and drive capability uplift across the software team.
• Oversee project delivery, technical risk management, and release planning.
• Work closely with executive stakeholders to align technology with business strategy.
• Champion engineering culture, continuous improvement, and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

• Expertise in fullstack development and cloud-native architecture (GCP, AWS, etc.).
• Proven leadership in agile teams, with a focus on mentoring and people growth.
• Strong track record in technical design, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to influence and communicate with both technical and business teams.
• Passion for scalable architecture and clean code principles
