This is the job

We’re looking for an experienced Angular Engineer to join our high-performance team. You’ll be at the forefront of developing scalable, maintainable, and performant customer experience (CX) portals, with a strong emphasis on modular architecture and cutting-edge frontend practices.

You will play a key role in architectural decisions, guide best practices, and mentor other developers in a collaborative environment.

This is you

4+ years of experience with Angular (or 3+ years if proficient in other frameworks)

Proficiency in Module Federation and Lazy Loading

Strong experience with Webpack for bundling and optimization

Solid knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript

Familiar with AWS services, especially CloudFront and CloudFormation

Experience working with caches and stores for performance tuning

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systems

Clear communicator and natural mentor in technical settings

Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative mindset

Nice-to-have skills

Experience building or scaling customer experience (CX) portals

Knowledge of other front-end frameworks: React, Vue, Svelte

Understanding of infrastructure as code

Comfort working in distributed teams

This is your role

Develop, maintain, and scale the CX portal with a focus on performance, modularity, and long-term maintainability

Lead the integration of Module Federation and implementation of Lazy Loading

Optimize front-end performance using Webpack and modern architectural strategies

Participate in infrastructure planning and deployment via AWS, including CloudFront and CloudFormation

Manage application-level caches and stores to ensure optimal performance

Contribute to and enforce technical standards and best practices across the team

Identify and address performance and scalability risks early

Mentor other engineers and unblock teammates with strong technical leadership
