Agile Coach

The Agile Coach for Allianz Life in Germany for Customer and Sales processes area is part of the senior chapter “Customer & Sales IT 1” within Allianz Technology. The Agile Coach will be part of the area working across Agile Tribes while also being dedicated to one of the Agile Tribes in the Area which are Life Portals, “FirmenOnline” a B2B2C ecosystem and “NOVA Leben” who build quote&buy applications for Allianz Life products in Germany.

The Agile Coach is coaching and facilitating an Agile Tribe consisting of multiple Agile teams and educating the organization on Agile methodologies. You will help the Tribe to enhance performance and quality in delivering products and services in an Agile way. You will assess the Tribe's and management's needs and provide a suitable Agile approach in addition to providing consultation services to the Tribe management roles.

You Will

• Develop Agile capability in different parts of the company either in individual teams, Tribes, or an entire organizational entity.
• Point out and provide solutions for organizational impediments.
• Foster respective improvements involving all levels of management.
• Coach Tribe Lead, Tribe Manager, Product Owners and Agile Masters in their roles.
  
  

Your Skills

• Agile mindset and knowledge of different Agile tools and methods.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant work experience in Agile practices and roles, transformation, change management or consultancy business.
• Experience in change management and different scaled Agile and lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or LeSS.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to Germany if required
• Fluent in English, Spanish and German
