We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape the future of marketing excellence.

About Your Role

We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our marketing strategy and drive impactful results across channels. You’ll be responsible for managing daily marketing operations and delivering measurable outcomes that support our growth ambitions in the Finnish market.

Your Areas of Responsibility

Project Management & Execution

• Lead day-to-day marketing operations including campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality across all marketing initiatives.

Strategic Marketing Activation

• Execute our marketing strategy through customer events, newsletter campaigns, and content marketing.
• Create and publish SEO-optimized content and manage social media presence.

Marketing Technology & Automation

• Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, automate, and optimize campaigns.
• Ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement through analytics.

Who Are You?

• You have 3–5 years of experience in b2b marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment in the professional services industry.
• You have extensive experience in working in Salesforce multi cloud environments (Core and Account Engagement) and can independently manage campaigns and lead generation from concept to reporting. Using AI agents is not a new thing to you.
• You’re a strong communicator with a structured and proactive approach to project management.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering measurable marketing impact.
• You speak and write fluently in Finnish and English.
