About This Role All About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and curious Product Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team within the Fintech pillar. In this position, you'll play a role in shaping Fintech’s data insights by learning to develop and maintain reports and dashboards that help our product teams make informed decisions.

You will work closely with experienced analysts and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience to support data-driven decision-making and grow your analytical skills within our organization. If you are eager to learn about data analysis, passionate about understanding user behavior, and keen to kickstart your career in product analytics, this role is for you!

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Assist in creating reports and dashboards to help guide stakeholders.
• Learn and maintain existing data pipelines that meet company standards.
• Support the design and analysis of experiments, helping to derive insights from A/B tests and hypotheses.
• Contribute to deep dive analyses on a wide range of logistics topics to support product decision-making.
• Help identify opportunities to improve product performance through data exploration.
  
  

What will you bring to the table?

• Foundational experience in data analysis.
• Basic to intermediate experience in SQL and familiarity with BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview, Looker Studio) is a plus.
• An eagerness to learn about cloud data platforms like AWS/GCP.
• Hands-on mentality, structured thinking, and a curious, problem-solving approach.
• An interest in statistical concepts and potentially some experience with statistical programming (e.g., Python) is a bonus.
• Familiarity with experimentation concepts such as A/B testing is a plus.
