💼 Key Responsibilities

✔ Create complex 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings using CATIA V5/V6

✔ Develop Class-A surfaces for automotive/aerospace components

✔ Perform GD&T implementation and tolerance analysis

✔ Collaborate with engineering teams on product development cycles

✔ Generate manufacturing-ready designs for CNC, molding, and fabrication

✔ Conduct design validation and simulation (kinematics, FEA)

✔ Maintain version control and design documentation

✔ Stay updated with latest CATIA features and industry trends

🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 5+ years professional CATIA experience (certification preferred)

✅ Expertise In

• Part Design & Assembly
• Generative Shape Design
• Sheet Metal Design
• DMU Kinematics
• Composites Design (advantageous)
  
  

✅ Strong Knowledge Of

• Automotive/Aerospace design standards
• Manufacturing processes (CNC, injection molding)
• Materials science
  
  

✅ Familiarity With

• PLM/PDM systems (ENOVIA preferred)
• Other CAD tools (SolidWorks, NX)
  
  

✅ Bachelor's in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
