About the Role

We're looking for a crypto-native Product Designer to join a high-impact team building intuitive, mobile-first experiences in the DeFi space. If you’re passionate about simplifying complex crypto flows, designing delightful user journeys, and thrive in fast-paced environments — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of mobile-first DeFi products from concept to execution
• Translate complex user needs into elegant, intuitive interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma
• Champion user research, testing, and data-informed iteration
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on mobile UX/UI
• Deep understanding of crypto and active usage of DeFi products
• Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
• Experience working in early-stage or fast-moving product environments
• Ability to independently own and drive design initiatives end-to-end
• Bonus: experience designing for crypto wallets, trading interfaces, or other Web3 tools
