Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Agile Scrum Lead to drive agile delivery of a world-class mobile experience and capable backend platform powering a groundbreaking next-generation hardware product.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development environments • Experience leading agile teams in mobile, IoT, or connected device ecosystems

• Familiarity with BLE, firmware OTA, and AWS-based microservices

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
