Job Description

As a Creative Designer, you will play a vital role in the conceptualization and execution of innovative design solutions that communicate our brand's message and stories effectively. You will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to bring captivating and visually provoking content to life across various platforms. Your creative insights and design expertise will contribute to enhancing the user's experience and aligning with the company's strategic goals. This position demands a high level of creativity, an eye for detail, and a passion for excellent design. You must stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and be able to adapt and apply them to create visually stunning and functional designs that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design creative concepts that align with the company's brand strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create designs for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social platforms.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design projects.
• Maintain consistency in design and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
• Stay updated with industry trends to keep designs innovative and contemporary.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the team for brainstorming sessions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Liaise with external printing and production vendors to ensure the quality of final outputs.
• Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create visuals.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, contributing to team goals and initiatives.
• Participate in regular design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Designer or a similar role in a related industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for team collaboration.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
