Plexus is working with an innovative marketplace platform leveraging cutting-edge AI and blockchain technologies to drive productivity and optimize workflows.

They’re seeking a seasoned Design Lead to join their growing startup, take ownership of the UI/UX strategy, and guide a small team of designers. The ideal candidate will be based in Europe and thrive in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small design team, fostering strong collaboration and creative excellence
• Present design strategies confidently to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions
• Maintain a scalable design system that ensures product consistency
• Drive cohesive brand experiences across all platforms and touchpoints

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product design with a track record of leading teams and delivering end-to-end solutions
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and outcomes, with bonus points for marketplace product experience
• Deep experience designing consumer-facing digital products
• Proficient in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
