Treasury Specialist(Crypto/Fintech/Digital Asset)

Responsibilities

• Manage the platform’s funding structure, including asset settlements and liquidity to ensure efficient and secure fund use.
• Oversee daily fund settlement and reconciliation across exchange channels, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Optimize settlement processes and automation to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
• Monitor liquidity to support trading and withdrawals, enforcing fund security and risk control policies.
• Assist in developing and improving fund management and risk control policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with technology, product, compliance, risk, finance, and business teams for smooth fund operations.
• Coordinate with banks, third-party payment providers, and partners to maintain secure fund channels.
• Support finance and audit teams in compliance and accurate accounting of cryptocurrency transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 5–7 years of experience in fund operations, finance, risk management, or settlement in financial institutions, fintech, or digital asset exchanges.
• Knowledge of fund settlement, liquidity management, risk control, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and financial tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred

• Experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain.
• Familiar with brokerage, treasury, or corporate financial strategies.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
• Experience with SOP development or fund management automation.
