CAR-T SAP Implementation Lead (External Consultant – SAP ERP Implementation)

Essential Requirements:

• In-depth experience with SAP ECC and make-to-deliver processes
• Proven track record in user acceptance testing and ERP implementations
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Fluent in English (Dutch is an asset)

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (eWM)
• Familiarity with Tricentis Q-Test software
• Background in cross-functional team collaboration
• Experience creating knowledge articles and work instructions
• Ability to support hypercare and cut-over tasks during go-live

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business users in system change implementation
• Facilitate UAT execution and develop testing scripts
• Provide relevant test data for business validation
• Analyze and explain complex SAP processes to non-technical users
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during testing
• Develop clear documentation and end-user guides
• Deliver hypercare support post-implementation
• Assist in execution of cut-over plans and go-live support
• Collaborate with SAP ERP business owners to ensure project success

This consulting role offers a hybrid working model with both remote and on-site engagements in Ghent and Beerse. The project environment is dynamic, cross-disciplinary, and highly impactful in

the life sciences sector.
