Our development teams are behind many of Elisa’s most impactful online services. Now, we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing community.

Your Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be instrumental in shaping Elisa’s mobile and broadband services for the consumer market. You’ll join a talented, cross-functional team working end-to-end — from backend systems and internal tools to customer-facing platforms like our eCommerce site (elisa.fi/kauppa) and the self-service portal OmaElisa (omaelisa.fi).

What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Developer at Elisa CRM Solutions, you’ll work in a cross-functional, agile team to develop tools and services used by millions of Elisa customers and by our internal teams. Depending on your interests, your focus can lean toward frontend or backend but solid skills in both areas are essential.

You’ll work from our headquarters in Pasila, Helsinki with a hybrid model: on average three days a week at the office.

What do we expect from you?

• A few years of experience in modern software development
• Strong skills in Java and React
• Experience working in agile development
• Fluency in Finnish and English

Familiarity with the following is a plus, but not mandatory — we also welcome new perspectives and skills:

Golang, Angular, React Native, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Robot Framework, Mocha, Cypress, Perl, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, GitHub Copilot, Distributed Systems
