Project Manager - Renewables

Barden are partnering with a global sustainable energy business as they seek a Project Manager to take a leading role in delivering utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage (BESS) projects across Ireland and the UK. You’ll be responsible for managing multi-contract or EPC-based projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead projects from refinement and tendering through to construction and handover to Operations.
• Support technical teams in optimizing solar PV, wind, and BESS technologies and layouts.
• Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, statutory authorities, and third parties to manage construction interfaces.
• Assist with contract management, including interim accounts, variations, and claims.
• Report on project progress (safety, cost, schedule, quality) and recommend corrective actions.

• Familiarity with PSDP/PSCS and/or CDMC processes.
