Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Project Developer based in the UK, Germany, or Poland, with availability for regular work travels to the Middle East, to lead and manage all aspects of our real estate development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate project management, possessing a deep understanding of industry practices and market trends within both the UK and Middle Eastern regions. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the capability to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, ensuring successful project delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. The position offers a unique opportunity to work on dynamic, high-impact projects across diverse markets, making significant contributions to our international portfolio.


Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:

- Lead and manage all aspects of real estate project development management from inception to completion.

• Planning & Implementation:

- Oversee real estate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation to ensure timely and successful delivery.

• Scope & Budget Compliance:

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Reporting & Presentations:

- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Create, maintain, and update project information sheets, portfolios, and presentations.

• Team Coordination:

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to achieve project goals.

• Stakeholder Relationships:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders in the real estate industry.

• Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards specific to real estate projects.

• Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.

Site Monitoring:

- Prepare site visits to check alignment with development plans and quality standards, in collaboration with the on-site personel.

• Market Trend Leverage:

- Leverage market trends to benefit the company.

• Contractor and Vendor Management:

- Choose and oversee contractors and vendors to ensure maintenance and improvement projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Financial Oversight:

- Establish and oversee operating and capital improvement budgets for each property, forecast income and expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting with finance and accounting teams.


Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale development projects

• Experience in urban development and sustainability projects is a plus

• Strong deal-closing skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
