Cryptocurrency Wallet Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a team member with excellent knowledge of Excel and experience in blockchain custody wallet systems. Candidates should be able to track gas fees for inter-mainnet transfers in real-time and be familiar with gwei fees. This position is suitable for those who can work in shifts (day, evening, night) related to finance.

Responsibilities

1. Build and manage the company's integrated digital asset wallet management system and operational specifications.
2. Manage all customer wallet operations:

• Process customer cached wallets and return remaining funds.
• Approve deposits and withdrawals (virtual assets and fiat currency), reconcile accounts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle hot-to-hot or cold-to-hot requests for exception handling.
• Request changes to the threshold for hot-to-cold conversions.

1. Centralized processing of aggregated wallets.
2. Physical management of vaults.
3. Coordinate wallet system maintenance with the technical team.
4. Manage wallet systems:

• Review the cold-to-hot process and practical plans.
• Re-evaluate the threshold for cold-to-hot conversions.
• Oversee cold-to-hot operations.
• Handle hot transfers.
• Monitor gas fees of crypto networks and make necessary adjustments.

1. Manage fiat wallets:

• Monitor and reassess bank fund pool thresholds.
• Transfer funds between banks.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in tracking and managing Custody-Omnibus wallet systems.
2. Strong command of blockchain and Web 3.0 technologies; experience with cryptocurrency transfers and wallet management.
3. Mastery of wallet management strategies for blockchain and cryptocurrency assets, with knowledge of custody wallet system infrastructure.
4. Familiarity with crypto networks and gas fees.
5. Knowledge and experience with multi-currency and multi-chain blockchain systems; experience with external/internal audits is preferred.
6. Proficient in reporting and monitoring; advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
7. Ability to analyze and evaluate cold-to-hot processes and suggest practical solutions for improvement.
8. Excellent teamwork and leadership skills; able to collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
9. Strong communication and coordination skills; capable of effective communication and cooperation with internal teams and technical personnel.
10. Proficiency in managing customer wallets, including processing cached wallets, approving deposits and withdrawals, reconciling accounts, and troubleshooting exceptions.
11. Intermediate to advanced level in English, both spoken and written.
12. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, especially those related to virtual assets and the financial sector.

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Experience in financial data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
