Technical Support Engineer

We are pleased to invite a Technical Care Specialist to provide technical support for our software (Wialon). The work involves deep immersion in the product, analytics, technical consulting and user training.

Requirements

• Logical and analytical mindset, critical thinking
• Fluent working English language
• Working Russian or Spanish are considered as a big plus
• Self-motivation and self-management skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to work on a rotating 2/2 schedule:

2 day shifts (08:00–20:00 UTC+03)

2 days off

2 night shifts (20:00–08:00 UTC+03)

Responsibilities

• Initial processing and distribution of incoming requests among teammates and other specialists.
• In-depth analysis, consultations, and assistance in resolving partners' issues on Wialon products via email.
• Advising and assisting colleagues from other departments with technical Wialon-related questions.
• Creating and forwarding bug reports and feature requests to the Product Development.
