We are looking for an experienced Product Designer. This role is still young – half a year old – and you will have the opportunity to help build how design works within our product teams from (almost) the beginning. There is space, there is ambition and there is trust. Much is still open, and we find that exciting in the best sense of the word.

Your contribution to BridgeFund

You work in multidisciplinary product teams, together with engineering and product management. Design is not a separate link: it is an integral part of the team. Together you determine the direction - from the first hypothesis to a launched product.

A big part of your job is User Research: understanding what the real customer problems are. What do we need to solve? Why do people drop out? What assumptions do we make, and are they actually correct? You figure that out – and make it better.

You don’t just think about what we need to build, but also about how we build it. What does something look like? How does it work? And how do we make it more user-friendly? From app functionality to improving the steps on our platform: you decide together with the team whether something should be a drop-down or a visual selection. Is a photo sufficient, or does a short video work better? These kinds of choices are far from fixed with us — both for new customers in the application and onboarding phase, and for existing customers. You will be given the space to provide direction, test and improve in this.
