The NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and information technology (IT) services to NATO's member countries and its partners. The agency was established in 2012 and is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

The program
Assistance and Advisory Service (AAS)
The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is NATO’s principal C3 capability deliverer and CIS service provider. It provides, maintains and defends the NATO enterprise-wide information technology infrastructure to enable Allies to consult together under Article IV, and, when required, stand together in the face of attack under Article V.
To provide these critical services, in the modern evolving dynamic environment the NCI Agency needs to build and maintain high performance-engaged workforce. The NCI Agency workforce strategically consists of three major categorise's: NATO International Civilians (NIC)'s, Military (Mil), and Interim Workforce Consultants (IWC)'s. The IWCs are a critical part of the overall NCI Agency workforce and make up approximately 15 percent of the total workforce.

- Command and Control Systems: The NCIA develops and maintains the systems used by NATO's military commanders to plan and execute operations.
- Satellite Communications: The NCIA provides satellite communications services to enable secure and reliable communications between NATO forces.
- Electronic Warfare: The NCIA provides electronic warfare services to support NATO's mission to detect, deny, and defeat threats to its communication networks.
- Information Management: The NCIA manages NATO's information technology infrastructure, including its databases, applications, and servers.

Role Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides support to Risk Management Branch and Chief Quality Office by:
- Improving and maintaining the quality of risk data in risk registers hosted on ServiceNow
- Supporting Project and Service Delivery Managers in identifying, assessing and documenting risk responses to agreed risks
- Performing appropriate follow-ups with Project and Service Delivery Managers to allow wider implementation of project/service risk management activities
- Create, maintain and deliver risk reports.
- Measures and reports on risk metrics
- Performs other duties as required.
At least 2 years of practical experience in:
- Data management: to manage risk data quality and support user of ServiceNow P3SM module;
- Project and program risk management: supporting users in implementing risk management procedures and guidelines to investigate, assess, address and report on potential risks within a specific function or business area or portfolio/program/project or service;
- Working in a programme or portfolio office;
- Working in Risk Management;
- The competent use of Microsoft Office applications (mainly Word, Excel, Power Point, OneNote, Outlook and OneDrive);
- Composing reports, documents, and other office written materials;
- The ability to plan, organize, coordinate and complete work assignments in a timely manner;
- The experience in reporting to senior and executive management level.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow specifically module P3SM
- Experience in project risk management, with focus on quality of risk data
- SharePoint "Design Privilege" To create Lists, set-up libraries, define and maintain attributes maintain site-pages, content management, etc.
- MS Excel: pivot tables, graphics, data management
- MS PowerPoint: advanced user (risk reports)
- Experience and understanding in portfolio and program and project management
- Experience and understanding of enterprise risk management
- Microsoft Power-BI
- The Hague, Netherlands
- Onsite
- Some travel to other NATO sites may be required
- Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
