Your new role and environment.

Working as a Frontend developer (React/Typescript/NextJS) for AH technology means you help us build state-of-the-art applications for our customer support. As part of the Customer Contact team, you are the driving force in migrating to the newest tech stack and developing features that are needed to fully aid customer support in their daily activities. Whether it is a simple change in customer data or gracefully handling a customer complaint, the software is an integral part of keeping our customers happy after contact with customer support.

The team consists of 7 people who have different expertise, such as Salesforce, Backend, Frontend Developer and QA.

Key responsibilities of your role.

As a Frontend developer you bring state-of-the-art knowledge about building UIs but you will also be responsible with the other developers to maintain the existing (legacy) systems. You have a broad interest in technology and do not mind doing deep-dives to understand complex systems. Our applications are used by our employees daily and it is critical that the transition runs as smooth as possible.

Requirements.

We think you’ll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:

• Passion for tech and building products.
• 4+ years of experience with React and/or related technologies.
• Experience with working on frontend services of a system.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, creating deployment scripts (GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc…).
• Experience with Azure, or any other cloud provider (nice to have)
• Experience in the field of Retail Tech (nice to have)
