Paradox Cat GmbH is a specialist software development partner in the area of real-time graphics from Munich, Germany. As a partner and supplier of various premium automotive manufacturers, we support graphical interface development for high-end in car cluster instruments and infotainment systems. In addition to this, PARADOX CAT GmbH has increasingly participated in Proof of Concept projects and feasibility studies in the Human Machine Interaction (HMI) spectrum. Here, we focus on the implementation of new emerging technologies and their usability and implementation in the car of the future.

You Will

Build bridges between UX/UI, graphic designers and software developers and connect their worlds
Analyze design references and requirements
Find creative solutions to implement artistic visions and speciﬁcations within technical possibilities
Bring high technical aﬃnity and understanding of cutting-edge tools and modern 3D real-time rendering techniques
Create optimized textures and shaders, implement behavior and design interfaces
Maintain a good structure and sustainable care of the scenes and retain a clean versioning of the data, including formats and nomenclature
Create scripts and automate workﬂows
With precise communication and constructive collaboration with the customer and your team, you make sure all requirements are resolved in time and meet the customer's needs

You Have

Enthusiasm and high motivation to participate in the development of premium vehicles of the next generation and to experience your work on the displays of these vehicles
Completed studies in media or computer science or a comparable qualiﬁcation
Experience in UX/UI or similar areas
Experience in deﬁning and optimizing graphics development processes knowledge of 3D engines and editors (e.g. Unity3D, Unreal, etc.)
Experience with 3D modeling tools such as Blender, as well as with 2D tools such as Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge in shader programming such as GLSL or OpenGL ES
Knowledge in script languages such as Python (or Lua)
Independent, structured working methods
Sovereign demeanor and communication strength
Command of written and spoken English (B2+)
