Network - Voice - Security Network Engineer

For one of our clients a banking company in Geneva, we are recruiting a Network - Voice - Security Network Engineer who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities :

In this role you manage lifecycle of network, security environment and voice environment. You also manage incident queue and ensure their resolution (monitoring, investigation, resolution, follow-up). Moreover, you ensure inventory updates, capacity planning and KPI tracking. You work on infrastructures project, you help project management team in their project (network/voice). You work on-call service (one week by month, 24/24, 7/7).

Profile:

• Bachelor in IT
• Minimum 5 years experience in network, voice, security and operation team
• Experience in network and security
• Experience in Voice (VoIP, Cisco CUCM, Nice Recording)
• Excellent knowledge in LAN/WAN/MAN/Wifi
• Excellent knowledge in PaloAlto, Bluecoat, F5, Cisco)
• Excellent knowledge in CUCM, NICE Voice Recording Solutions)
• French fluent mandatory
• Willing to work out of office hours (production environment)
• On-call service (24/24 and7/7), one week per month
