Job Description

• Policy Development and Implementation: You convert the data protection policy into specific internal regulations and ensure they are effectively put into practice. Implementation of NEN7510,
• Implementing management systems such as privacy information management system
• Data protection assessments
• Intern Audits
• Knowledge and experience with in dutch: ‘’AVG’’
• Providing training and education to raise awareness in the field of privacy.
• Advisory Role: You provide expertise in developing policies related to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and broader information security, contributing to their implementation and enhancement.
• Regulatory Compliance: You ensure strict adherence to internal codes of conduct and legal requirements, including the GDPR.
• Incident Management: You address data incidents, breaches, and conflicts of interest, including reporting to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and board members.

Requirements

• 2 - 10 years experience in privacy and data protection
• Strong basic knowledge and experience in information security
• Fluent in Dutch (Full professional level)
• A HBO or WO diploma
• At least one privacy and one information security related certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, CDPO, ISO 27701LA/LI, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CSSP, ISO 27001 LA/LI;
