We are seeking a passionate and dynamic IT Intern to support our business growth in Turkey region by optimizing IT operations and enhancing technical processes, while upholding our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various systems
- Support the IT team in managing network connectivity and troubleshooting network issues
- Help document IT processes and maintain system documentation
- Participate in the deployment and configuration of computer systems and software applications
- Provide technical support to end-users both remotely and in-person
- Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets and equipment
- Help in the testing and evaluation of new technologies and software solutions
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
